Codice! for Gate Access App Privacy Policy
This privacy notice discloses the privacy practices for the Codice! for Gate Access app by
Revenue Control Systems inc.
This privacy notice applies solely to information collected by the
Codice! for Gate Access app. It will notify you of the following:
- What personally identifiable information is collected from you through the app, how it is
used and with whom it may be shared.
- What choices are available to you regarding the use of your data.
- The security procedures in place to protect the misuse of your information.
Information Collection, Use, and Sharing:
We are the sole owners of the information collected through this app. We only have access
to/collect information that you voluntarily give us via app permissions or other direct contact
from you. We will not save, sell, or rent this information to anyone.
We will use your information to determine your location for proper functionality of the app. We
will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other than as
necessary to perform the functions the app is designed for, e.g. to open a gate.
Your gate code will be saved on the local device for use only when using the app.
Your Control Over Information:
You may opt out of providing any location information at any time, but doing so could cause the app to no longer function properly. You can do this by editing your location permissions in your devices settings.
Security:
We do not store or save your location data anywhere on your device or externally, all data is deleted once the app is closed. When you submit location information via the app, your information is only temporarily used without sending the data off of your device, then deleted when the app is closed.
